This form will be submitted to Hartman Arena for tickets on your behalf. Those tickets will be printed in your name and left at the arena box office for pick up on game day. Please be aware the Wichita Wings guarantee all tickets reserved and pre-printed will be used, so we kindly ask you only reserve the quantity of tickets you know you'll use.
