Wichita Wings Announce Partnership With Ihop
Wichita Wings are excited to announce a newly formed partnership with IHOP, an American multinational pancake house restaurant chain that specializes in American breakfast foods. IHOP is owned by Dine Brands Global where 99% of it's restaurants are run by independent franchisees.
The Wichita Wings and IHOP will collaborate in numerous community engagements, including the introduction of the "Orange Army Breakfast," a fan base event that will bring players and fans together for a monthly meal at various locations in the Wichita metro area.
IHOP will also be a part of the game day atmosphere at Hartman Arena, bringing out a few surprises including a chance for Wings fans to win free pancakes during an IHOP sponsored intermission.
"This is an exciting partnership with IHOP," says Wichita Wings President, Blake Shumaker. "IHOP has a likeminded approach towards engaging the entire family, we've got some fun collaborations planned and believe it'll become a Wings fan favorite."
The Wichita Wings open their season on December 2, 2023 at Hartman Arena, nearly 1 month after the October 29th open tryouts and start of training camp.
